Registration begins by completing the form on the “Fees & Registration” page.
Once you have submitted your application and received confirmation from the organizer, you can transfer the respective amount to the bank account RO77INGB0000999916579250, held at ING Bank Bucharest, Swift code: INGBROBU, in the name of ASOCIATIA SATELOR INTELIGENTE.

– 5 or 6 attendees – 5% discount
– 7 to 9 attendees – 8% discount
– more than 10 attendees – 10% discount

It is possible to transfer your registration to someone else. Please note that it is up to you and the new recipient to work out your own payment method. Just send us the name of the person who will attend in your place. An email confirmation from the new attendee is required.

Entry fees and group packages can be canceled without penalty up to 21 days before the event. After this date, a penalty of 50% of the amount paid will be withheld.
Note: There is the possibility and we recommend taking out a STORNO insurance (2.5% of the amount paid).

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of her/his visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. The organizer will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
