Registration is initiated by completing the form hosted on the page “Fees & Registration“.
After you fill out the form, you will receive the invoice by email, so that you can transfer the respective amount to our bank account RO86INGB0000999910532981, opened at ING Bank Bucharest, Swift code: INGBROBU, on the name of Satul Inteligent ltd.

– 5 or 6 attendees – 5% discount
– 7 to 9 attendees – 8% discount
– more than 10 attendees – 10% discount

It is possible to transfer your registration to someone else. Please note that it is up to you and the new recipient to work out your own payment method. Just send us the name of the person who will attend in your place. An email confirmation from the new attendee is required.

Entry fees and group packages can be canceled without penalty up to 21 days before the event. After this date, a penalty of 50% of the amount paid will be withheld.
Note: There is the possibility and we recommend taking out a STORNO insurance (2.5% of the amount paid).

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of her/his visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. The organizer will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
